1. May I bring my own furniture?
Yes, you may bring your own furniture. You also have the option to use our furniture. We provide a twin sized bed, night stand, dresser, chair and a lamp. All linens and towels are provided as well.
2. May I have cable television, telephone and computers?
Yes, every apartment is wired for a television, telephone and computer. Separate charges may apply.
3. Do you have a safety Alert system in your building?
Yes, our system is set up differrently. We do not have a pull cord system in our units. Our residents have a call pendant that they carry with them. This benefits you because no matter where you are in our building you can access help when you need it.
4. Are the rooms small?
No, our rooms vary between 375 sq. feet and 450 sq. feet. All of our rooms are spacious and every room has 8 feet of closet space.
5. Do I have a full bathroom?
Yes, all of our units are equipped with a full bathroom with a handicapped accessible shower. We do not have a common shower room. The only person who uses the bathroom is the tenant.
6. Is there housekeeping and building maintenance?
Yes, we provide weekly housekeeping services and trash removal. Building maintenance is provided as well.
7. Are there visiting hours?
No, you may have guests just as you would at your home.
8. May I still drive and keep my car?
Yes, we do not have any driving restrictions. We provide a parking lot for our residents and their guests. You are able to park your vehicle in our parking lot.
9. How do meals and their schedules work?
Breakfast is 8:30-9:30, Lunch 12:30-1:30 and Dinner 5:30-6:30. Two options are served at each meal. Meals are served restaurant style. Our menu is catered around local cuisine. Our food is made in house by our dietary staff. Special diets can be accommodated for our residents.
10. May guests dine with me at mealtimes?
Yes, guests may purchase a meal ticket. Reservations are required 24 hours prior to the meal.
11. What type of activities do you have?
We have a full schedule of events for you to partake in. We have live entertainment, church services, lunch and shopping trips, crafts, bingo, card clubs, Wii entertainment and much more. Please see our events page for our latest Activities calendar.
12. What are the people like who live there?
Everyone is different. We all have unique characteristics. The general population is in the 80s and 60% are female. Most of our residents come from the Carbon county area. The best way to see what we have to offer is by joining us for a tour.
